Top Pavilion Rental Details

  • contracts cannot be completed, and dates are not guaranteed until the second week of May, once the master calendar and seasonal staffing are finalized.
  • This is a members-only pool, so only members can plan parties at the pool. All parties are scheduled and confirmed with the pool manager on duty at the front office. Please see him/her at the front office during pool hours to inquire about availability, get further information, and fill out the required paperwork if renting the large pavilion. You will also need to make the required deposit to hold your date.
  • Members are required to arrange rented pavilion parties at least 2 weeks in advance of the desired date with the pool manager. Pavilion parties are not allowed on holidays.

Top Pavilion Rental Rates

  • Half-Day Rental (12:00 pm–4:00 pm): $125
  • Full-Day Rental: $175

Guest rules for the top pavilion Rental:

The first 20 non-member guests are $4.00 each. Normal guest fees apply after the first 20 guests. All guest fees are paid in cash.

  • $10.00 per guest (weekdays)
  • $10.00 per guest (weekends)
  • $8.00 per guest for entry after 6:00 pm
  • Children age 2 and under are free
  • If a guest is under 16, they will be swim tested if it is their first visit.

Back Lawn Pavilion Options & Party Rules 

Scheduling & Approval

  • All tables are first-come, first-served (no additional charge for holding a party-but see rules and requirements).
  • All parties must be scheduled and confirmed with the manager on duty at the pool front office at least 2 weeks prior.
  • No large parties on Sundays or holidays
  • A guest list must be submitted at least 2 days prior to the party.

    • Please drop the list off with the manager in the pool office.

Guest Limits & Fees

  • Up to 20 guests are allowed when using a back table.
  • All guests over age 2 must pay, whether or not they swim.
  • Guest fees can be paid after the party at the front gate.

Guest Fees (all guest fees are paid in cash):

  • $10.00 per guest (weekdays)
  • $10.00 per guest (weekends)
  • $8.00 per guest for entry after 6:00 pm
  • Children age 2 and under are free

Tables, Grills & Decorations

  • You may only use the tables needed for your guests. For example, the  large pavilion in the back may be shared with other members.
  • Charcoal grills are available at the back pavilions.
  • Decorations are allowed, but must be removed by end of day.
